Eligibility for Returns

  • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Returns will not be accepted for:
  • Used, damaged, or altered products
  • Products without original tags
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Customized or personalized products

Exchange Policy

  • Size exchange is available subject to stock availability.
  • Customers must request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
